Job Description and Responsibilities :
- Welcoming on-site guests, determine nature of business, and announces guest to appropriate personnel;
- Handling all incoming and outgoing call and arrange schedule meeting;
- Assist administrative assistants with clerical duties to include faxing, copying and organizing/maintaining files;
- Other duties as assigned;
Job Requirements:
- have a positive attitude and polished
- Good interpersonal skills and excellent verbal communication skills;
- Multitasking capabilities;
- Excellent typing skills (word processing) high level of proficiency with general office PC applications (i.e MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) and comfort with learning new required;
- Good English both Oral & Written
