Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Law from a reputable University with minimum GPA 3.0
- Having minimum 4 years of experiences in Lawyering;
- Obtained an advocate license by Peradi;
- Having good skill on Legal Drafting;
- Bahasa Indonesia and English proficiency in both drafting and speaking is a must. Proficiency in other major languages is a plus.
- Having good computer skills
- Having good analytical skill, mature, strong interpersonal, and communication skill
- Being hands-on, detail oriented and proactive.
- Able to work under pressure
- Fit and Healty.
- Work location : JAKARTA
The Role
- Advise, draft and negotiate major commercial agreements in complex transactions
- Gain exposure to and advise on highly sophisticated legal and business matters
- Enjoy a variety of work among a diverse client base
- Communicate and liaise with clients directly
The Person
- Have a deep understanding and strong knowledge of litigation and/or corporate law
- Capable of working without supervision
- A high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgement and understanding
- Have excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
